While most of the major slot club shopping events scheduled around the year-end holidays, here are a few that you don’t have to wait for!
“Shopapalooza” is coming to the Hard Rock Casino Hotel in Las Vegas this month. All points earned from January 1 through June 28, 2015 earn Palooza Points that can be redeemed for a variety of gifts from Friday, June 26 through Sunday June 28, 2015. Gift items include electronics, jewelry, home appliances and more. View Palooza Point balances online at hardrockhotel.com, at the Backstage Pass Rewards Center or from a kiosk on the casino floor. Earn Palooza point multipliers on Mondays through June 22. And every Friday thru June 19:

Treasure Island (TI) in Las Vegas has a year round shopping loyalty program called Treasure Chest. You earn Treasure Chest Points (TC Points) by playing your favorite slots at Treasure Island. TC Points are in addition to your other Treasure Island Players Club benefits and are accrued automatically. You’ll earn one TC Point for every TI Players Club Point earned. Then use the TC points you accumulate to redeem anytime throughout the year for a variety of brand-name merchandise including Swarovski, Dooney & Bourke, Sony, Apple, Movado, KitchenAid or use them for free slot play.
TI Players Club members receive one Treasure Chest Point for every one TI Players Club Point. One TI Players Club Point is earned for every $1.50 played on reel slots and for every $4.50 played on video poker slots. Designated video poker games will earn at a rate of $15 per point. Points earned due to point multipliers will not count towards promotional point balances unless otherwise stated. Each participant’s available TC Point balance will be confirmed in-person at the TI Players Club. Only the balance in the TI Players Club system will be honored.
TC Points will carry over year to year and will only expire after one year of TI Players Club inactivity. Eligible TI Players Club members must be present in person to receive and redeem TC Points. Treasure Chest merchandise may only be received by redeeming TC Points in person (however, you may have your selected items shipped and not have to carry them with you) and may not be purchased, in whole or in part, with cash or any other form of payment. TC Points are not transferable and have no cash value, but may be combined between two persons listed on a TI Players Club linked account.
Shipping to addresses within the continental U.S. is included. A physical street address and phone number are required for shipping. Gift Cards obtained through the redemption of TC Points are subject to the rules of the retailer named on the Gift Card.

As of May 1, at press time mid-month, a new rebate promotion has surfaced in Las Vegas. New Downtown Grand MyPoints members can receive up to $1,000 based on initial loss. The rebate is awarded for slot play only (not video poker.) The first rebate installment (in the form of downloadable slot play) is 50% of the overall loss within 24 hours, then two more of 25% rebates each in successive weeks for Las Vegas locals. For non-locals, 50% is rebated within 24 hours and two 3-month (25% each) periods to follow. The freeplay then can also be used on video poker should you so desire. The best play on this, since the initial loss is only for slot play, would be to play it on the highest denomination allowable—$1, $5, $10, $25 slots (there may be restrictions)—and hope for an initial big hit.
If that doesn’t happen, you replay the rebate on video poker (with a better overall payback return rate based on the video poker pay table) and hope to recoup. Summer Promotions
Pechanga Resort & Casino, California’s largest with more than 3,000 slots and 140 table games, welcomes guests this June with promotions that can score them high-end electronics, Coach handbags, espresso machines, EasyPlay and something just about everyone likes, plain old cash. Stop by the Pechanga Club desk on the main casino level and you will be on your way to earning valuable perks.
Mark Tuesdays in June on your calendar for the I Scream for EasyPlay game. From 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. every Tuesday, Pechanga Club members may swipe their cards at electronic kiosks across from the Theater box office. Just by swiping their cards, they stand to win up to $1,000 in EasyPlay, or high-ticket prizes such as a Kindle Fire, Nespresso machine, Chromebook and Coach handbags.
June 4 and 18, Pechanga slot players stand to win up to 4,000 points and up to $5,000 in EasyPlay in the U-Spin Bonus game on their slot machines. Any guest who earns 1,000 points on June 4 or June 18 will automatically activate the U-Spin Bonus game.
Pechanga Bingo becomes hot in June. The $100,000 Summer Bingo Jackpot Frenzy gets underway June 1. A total of $100,000 will be added across all current Bingo jackpots to amount to three mini matinee prizes worth $10,000, two regular matinee jackpots of $20,000 and four evening jackpots of more than $25,000. The jackpot ball will increase by one number each week until the jackpots are paid.
